This page shows you how to keep the list of shorthand the AI uses when it reads a pasted ad or document for you.
What it's for
Property messages are full of short forms. "CF" means a Certificate of Fitness for Occupation, not a piece of equipment. "WTS" means want to sell. If the AI guesses wrong, it fills the wrong field.
Your Dictionary is the list of terms and meanings the AI is given every time it reads for you:
- AI Quick Fill on a Full listing (Add a Full listing);
- the AI fill on a Classified (Quick-add a Classified with AI);
- documents you drop on the listing form for the AI to read.
It doesn't cost anything to keep. Each read still uses one AI read from your daily allowance, as it always does.
It's your own copy
Your account starts with a ready-made list of common Malaysian property shorthand. From then on it's yours: anything you add, change or remove affects only your own AI reads, never another agent's.
Adding a term
Under Add a Term:
- Type the short form in Term, for example "CF".
- Write what it means in Meaning. Be plain and specific. "Certificate of Fitness (for Occupation), a legal occupancy document, not equipment" works better than "cert".
- Press Add.
Changing or removing a term
Every term in the list has two buttons:
- Edit opens the term and meaning for changes. Press Save, or Cancel to leave it as it was.
- Delete removes the term at once. There is no undo, so retype it if you change your mind.
Tips
- Add the short forms your own WhatsApp groups use.
- Keep each meaning to a line, and say what the term is not if the AI tends to confuse it.
- If AI Quick Fill puts something in the wrong field, check whether a term is missing here before you fix the listing by hand next time.
The AI still makes mistakes, even with a good Dictionary. Always read the fields it highlights before you save.
