Here's how to create a Full listing, from an empty form to a live page with its own link. On the Listings page, press New Listing.
Let AI do the typing
Paste whatever you have into AI Quick Fill: an owner's WhatsApp message, your own notes, an old ad. Press Fill with AI. It fills every field it can, writes a summary into Remarks and highlights what it changed. If it spots the owner's name or phone, it looks for them in Contacts.
Always read the highlighted fields before saving. Fill with AI fills Building / project only when your text spells the name out. It skips names that are just the listing's location, a property type, or a mix of the two, such as Puchong Factory for a factory in Puchong. It can still pick up a road or another town now and then, so check the box before saving. Each press uses one AI read from your daily allowance. That is 10 a day on Free, 100 on Gold and 300 on Platinum, reset at midnight Malaysia time.
Basics
- Category, Subcategory and Action Required (WTS, WTB, WTL, WTR or WTJV) are required.
- Generate writes a headline from the action, size, subcategory and location, like "WTS - 63,800 sqft Factory at Kundang". Edit it freely.
- Tenure: Freehold or Leasehold, plus a Malay Reserved tick box.
- Zoning: the land's official zoning, if you know it. Leave it on Not stated otherwise; buyers see a dash. Fill with AI sets it only when your text says the zoning.
- Visibility: keep it on Full.
- Tags / Features: type a feature, then a comma or Enter. Suggestions come from your own list; see Tags.
Size & Pricing
Sizes and prices work each other out. Type the acres and the square feet fill in. Type the price and Price / SQFT and Price / Acre follow. Whatever you typed last wins. Built-up (SqFt) only shows for factories, warehouses, residential and commercial property.
Commission goes here too. Buyers never see it.
Location & Map
- Location: the area name, shown on the listing and its card.
- Building / project: if the property is in a named building, development, mall or industrial park, type its name, for example Starling Mall. It goes first in the title shown in Google and the browser tab (the headline doesn't change) and on the listing's cards. A town or road goes in Location. Up to 80 characters; a longer name isn't saved and the page tells you.
- Coordinates: paste "latitude, longitude", or paste the full link into Google Map URL and Coordinates fills itself. Shortened maps.app.goo.gl links don't work.
- Map Screenshot: one image of the map, such as a screenshot of the Google Maps pin. It's shown as the listing's Map section.
- Location & Proximity: add landmarks with travel minutes, or press Auto-generate from coordinates. That uses one AI read.
Photos, owner and notes
Drop photos and documents into Photos & Documents. They upload when you create the listing. On Free, photos past the limit are refused after the listing is created, with the message "Listing saved, but not every photo was added". See Photos, documents and the map image.
Under Owner, search Contacts by name or company. Type a whole word. Remarks is public. Internal Notes is private.
Create or save as draft
- Create Listing saves it as Active. It goes live straight away and uses one of today's Full ads.
- Save as Draft keeps it private and uses nothing.
On Free you can publish 2 new Full ads a day and keep 60 live at once. If you hit a limit, the page tells you and you can still Save as Draft. See Your plan and its limits.
After that, clicking the listing on the Listings page opens the same page in edit mode, with Save Changes, a Status block and Print Flyer. To remove something, such as the price, the building name, the remarks, the tags or the map pin, empty the field and press Save Changes. If the listing doesn't load, Save Changes stays off; reload the page.
