Check what your plan allows, how each limit is counted, and what to do when you hit one.
The three plans
Every new agent starts on Free. You can move up to Gold or Platinum from My Plan in the menu, which also shows the current prices.

How each limit is counted
- Full ads a day. A Full or Internal listing uses one the first time it goes Active. Drafts are free. Taking it down and putting it back doesn't use another. Deleting a listing you published today gives the slot back.
- Active Full ads. Every Full and Internal listing that is Active right now. Sold, Rented, Inactive, Draft and Unpublished don't count. An earlier copy of an ad you posted again still counts while it is Active, though buyers no longer see it. See Ads you posted more than once.
- Photos per Full ad. The most photos one Full listing can hold.
- Classifieds. A Classified saved after Fill with AI counts as AI-assisted. One you type in yourself counts as manual. A repost of an ad counts like any other Classified. Deleting a Classified gives its slot back.
- Clean flyers. See Print a flyer.
- Premium slots. See Premium (featured) listings.
AI reads
Each press of Fill with AI, each AI read of dropped documents, and each landmark suggestion uses one AI read, whether you save or not. If the AI fails on our side, the read is usually given back. You get 10 a day on Free, 100 on Gold and 300 on Platinum.
When the counts reset
Daily limits reset at midnight, Malaysia time. Monthly limits reset at midnight on the 1st, Malaysia time.
Reaching a limit
The page tells you which limit you've hit, with a See plans link, and nothing goes over it. A Full listing can still be kept with Save as Draft and published later.
To make room, mark old ads Sold, Rented or Inactive, wait for the next day or month, or upgrade.
Your usage
My Plan shows your plan, its expiry date and days left, and what you've used against each limit. On Free it also counts AI reads today. A limit you've reached says "limit reached".
Moving to a smaller plan
When a paid plan ends, or you renew on a smaller one, nothing is deleted and nothing is taken down. If you're over a limit, your existing ads stay live; you just can't add more until you're back under it. An ad with more photos than the new limit keeps them, but you can't add another photo to it. Premium listings leave the strip when Platinum ends.
