Every listing has a ready-made, one-page A4 flyer. Here's how to open it, choose a layout and save it as a PDF.
Opening a flyer
- From the Listings page: press Print on the listing's card. The flyer opens in a new tab.
- From the edit page: press Print Flyer, then choose 1 Photo, 3 Photos or Text Only.
- Buyers open it with Download Flyer (PDF) on your listing page.
Choosing a layout
Above the flyer, the Layout row switches between 1 Photo, 3 Photos and Text Only. The flyer redraws on the spot and still fits one page. Switching is free.
A layout your photos can't fill is greyed out, with the reason:
- No photos: only Text Only works ("Needs a photo").
- One photo: 3 Photos is greyed out ("Needs 2 photos").
- Two or more: all three work.
The address bar keeps your choice, so a reload or a shared link opens the same layout. Your own flyer also uses photos you marked internal-only. A buyer's flyer leaves them out, so a buyer may see fewer layouts.
Saving as a PDF
Press Print / Save as PDF. Your browser's print window opens. Pick a printer, or choose Save as PDF as the destination. Only the flyer prints, not the buttons around it.
What's on it
The headline, location, price, sizes and tenure, your tags and remarks, and the photos. At the bottom is your agent card: name, job title, agency, registration number, photo, WhatsApp number and a View Agent Profile link, plus your Ejen Hartanah logo if you've uploaded one. The flyer you open yourself also shows your sign-in email and any internal-only photos; a buyer's copy leaves both out. A QR code takes buyers to the listing page, which only opens while the listing is Active.
The flyer is drawn from the listing itself. It uses no AI. To change what it says, edit the listing or My Account. See Your account and public profile.
Clean flyers and the watermark

On Free, a listing gets a clean flyer when you open its flyer yourself, while you still have clean flyers left that month. Printing isn't needed; opening is enough. After that, opening the same listing's flyer again that month stays clean and free.
From the next listing on, your flyer opens with a footer strip: "Made with MRE2U Free · mre2u.com". It never covers the photos, price or your details, and you're never stopped from printing.
Buyers get the same watermark you'd get. Their opens never use up yours. The count starts again on the 1st of each month, Malaysia time.
