Use My Account to set up the profile buyers see next to every listing you post.
Your details
Fill these in, then press Save:
- Name: shown on your listing pages, flyers and agent page.
- Job Title: for example "Estate Negotiator". Leave it empty and buyers see "Property Consultant".
- WhatsApp Number: write it with the country code and no spaces, like 60123456789. Also printed on your flyers.
- Agency and Agency Registration Number: shown under your name, for example "Reg No. E(1)1234". Leave Agency empty and the line is left out.
- Language: English or Bahasa Melayu, for the emails we send you about your plan (see Paying, renewing and expiry).
Your pictures
Pictures don't wait for Save: each one uploads as soon as you choose it. JPEG, PNG or WEBP, up to 5MB. Uploading a new one replaces the old one, and Remove takes it off.
- Agent Photo: your headshot, shown on your listing pages and flyers. You can zoom and move it before it's saved. Edit lets you adjust the saved photo again without uploading it twice. With no photo, buyers see your initials.
- Business Card: shown on your agent page.
- Ejen Hartanah Logo: your Real Estate Agent registration logo, printed in the footer of your flyers. Leave it out and the flyer simply has no logo.
Your agent page
Once your account is approved, you get a public agent page. It shows your name, job title, agency, a WhatsApp button, your business card and your live Full listings. Each of your listing pages links to it with View Full Profile.
Open yours from the agent info page link in the Business Card section. Share that link anywhere you like. More in Your agent page and area pages.
Light or dark
The Theme setting on this page is saved with your profile, but it doesn't change the screen. To switch, use the light and dark button at the top of the page, or at the bottom of the menu on a phone. Each device remembers its own choice.
Signing out
Log out is at the bottom of the menu, and under your avatar at the top right on a computer.
