Find a property

Search by area, browse by type, and filter by location and price on the Properties, Classifieds and Areas pages.

You don't need an account to browse. Everything here is open to anyone.

Where the listings are

  • The search box sits at the top of every public page. On Home, Properties, Classifieds and the area pages it is a wide bar under the menu. On other pages it is a small box at the top right of a wide screen, or a magnifying glass to tap. On a phone, tap the magnifying glass at the top. As you type, it suggests areas and building names. Pick one, or write what you want in plain words, in English or Malay, and press Enter:

- "factory rent puchong under 20k" - "gudang sewa puchong bawah 20k" - "house for sale kajang above 500k"

Above the suggestions, the box shows how it read your words. Enter opens the area page when you named a type, rent or sale, and an area that has one, for example "factory rent puchong". Otherwise, or when you also gave a price or a building, Enter opens Classifieds with the filters it understood. If the box understood none of your words, Classifieds searches the location for what you typed.

The wide bar also has a Buy or Rent switch and a property type list. Pick them before or after you type. Tap Buy or Rent again to clear it; choose All types to clear the type. On a type or area page they start on that page's own choices. If your words say something different ("factory for sale"), your words win. Pick Rent and Industrial and press Search with the box empty to see every industrial place to rent. Suggestions follow your picks, but your words still win. On a phone, the same choices sit under the box after you tap the magnifying glass.

  • Properties shows Full listings, each with its cover photo. These are properties the agent is handling directly.
  • Classifieds shows every live listing on the site, Full listings and shorter Classified ads together, newest first.
  • Areas lists pages like "Factory for Rent in Puchong", grouped by property type. An area shows up there once it has 10 or more of that kind for sale or rent.

Every page only shows listings that are live right now. Sold, rented and withdrawn ones are taken off.

Filtering

The bar at the top of Properties and Classifieds has:

  • Category: ALL, LAND, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL or RESIDENTIAL. Pick one and a second row appears with the types inside it, such as Factory, Warehouse, Shop Lot or Condo.
  • Search location…: matches the location the agent typed and, when the listing has one, its building or project name. Try the town name, a nearby landmark or an older name, or the name of the mall or industrial park.
  • Min RM and Max RM: your price range. Listings with no price stay in the results, so you don't miss ones marked "Price on request".

More results load as you scroll. The two buttons on the right switch between a grid and a list.

Sale, rent and wanted ads

The Buy and Rent menus in the top bar filter by what the poster wants:

Menu itemBadge on the cardWhat it is
Want to SellWTSProperty for sale
Want Joint-VentureWTJVLand or property offered for a joint venture
Want to LeaseWTLProperty for rent
Want to BuyWTBSomeone looking to buy
Want to RentWTRSomeone looking to rent

WTB and WTR cards are wanted ads, not properties on offer. If you own something that fits, you can enquire on them too.

Area pages

An area page, such as Factory for Rent in Puchong, lists the offers first and the wanted ads below. Refine this search opens a similar search on Classifieds, where you can filter further. The results may not match the area page exactly. Links at the bottom take you to the same type in other areas.

The first page of an area page can also show what its listings ask. For that, the page needs at least 10 listings at the 9:00 AM run, and at least five of them must give a price (a price under RM 100 is not counted). It then shows the typical price or rent. The range most listings ask shows only when at least 11 listings give a price, because with fewer the range would just be the cheapest and the dearest listing. The typical price per sq ft (per acre for land) and the typical size show when at least five listings give them. Below the listings, a few common questions are answered from the same numbers, including whether any wanted ads are posted. The numbers are worked out each morning at 9:00 AM from the live listings, so they can be a day behind a change. If a page has dropped below 10 listings since then, it shows none of this. The date they were worked out is shown underneath.
