Every live listing has its own page, with a link like /l/1234. Here's what's on it, top to bottom.
Photos and the top row
Photos come first. Use the arrows or tap a thumbnail to move through them. Some listings, mostly short Classified ads, have none.
Below the photos are four tiles:
- Asking Price
- Land Area for land, or Built-up Area for buildings, in acres or sq ft
- Zoning, as the agent stated it: Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Agriculture, Mixed Development or Institutional. Check it against the title and the local plan before you buy.
- Tenure, for example freehold or leasehold
A dash means the agent left that field empty.
The headline and the codes
Under the headline you see the type, the category and a short code. The badge beside the location shows the listing's status.
Some listings have a First posted line with a date below that (Mula diiklankan on the Bahasa Melayu page). The agent has posted this ad more than once, and that is the date of the first copy. While this listing is live, a link to an older copy of the ad opens this page.
When a listing names its building or project, for example Starling Mall, the name comes first on that line, ahead of the location, and first in the title in your browser tab and in search results. Listing cards show it too.

| WTB | Want to buy: someone is looking to buy |
| WTR | Want to rent: someone is looking to rent |
WTB and WTR are wanted ads. They describe what someone is after, not a property on offer.
Price
The Price section shows the price, Price/SQFT and Price/Acre. A dash means the agent left that one out. A wanted ad with no price shows "Market Rate". On a listing card, any other listing without a price shows "Price on request".
Details and description
Depending on the property, you may see panels such as Land & Site, Legal & Tenure (building or project, tenure, encumbrances, Malay Reserved), Critical Infrastructure or Building Specifications. A panel only appears when the agent filled in something for it.
For homes and commercial property with a projected rent, Financial Yield Analysis estimates the monthly loan repayment and gross yield at 80%, 90% and 100% financing. It assumes 4.2% over 30 years. Press Edit Assumptions to try your own rate and tenure. It's a rough guide, not a loan offer.
Description is the agent's own write-up, followed by a Map picture if they added one, and a Google map pin when they've set the exact spot. Location & Proximity lists nearby landmarks with a travel time in minutes.
The agent card
The card names the listing agent, with their job title, agency, the agency's registration number (Reg No.) and photo. Its buttons:
- Request Full Spec jumps to the enquiry form. See Enquire on a listing.
- Book Site Inspection opens WhatsApp to the agent, when they've given a number.
- Download Flyer (PDF) opens a printable flyer. See Download a listing flyer.
- View Full Profile opens the agent's page with their other listings.
The heart at the top saves the listing to your account. See Save listings.
At the bottom, Similar listings shows up to six other listings of the same kind, for sale or for rent like this one, from the same area first and then from elsewhere. When the area has enough listings, a line above them gives the typical price or rent there, with the number of listings and the date it was worked out; the area name links to its area page. Below that, More like this in the area links to area pages this listing belongs to.
