Every live listing has a one-page A4 flyer you can print or keep as a PDF. It's handy for comparing places on paper or passing to family. No account needed.
Opening it
On the listing page, press Download Flyer (PDF) on the agent card. The flyer opens in a new tab. Back to Listing at the top takes you back to the listing page, or close the tab.
Choosing a layout
Above the flyer, Layout offers 1 Photo, 3 Photos and Text Only. The flyer redraws as you switch and still fits one page.
A layout the listing's photos can't fill is greyed out with the reason: "Needs a photo" when there are none, or "Needs 2 photos" for 3 Photos when there's only one.
Saving it as a PDF
- Press Print / Save as PDF.
- Your browser's print window opens. Pick a printer, or choose Save as PDF as the destination.
- Save or print. Only the flyer comes out, not the buttons around it.
On a phone, the print window looks different in each browser, but most offer a save-as-PDF option.
What's on it
The headline, location, price, sizes, tenure, description and photos. Text Only also lists the listing's features. At the bottom is the agent's name, job title, agency, the agency's registration number and photo.
A QR code links back to the listing page, so anyone holding the paper can find it online. It only works while the listing is live.
Some flyers have a thin strip along the bottom that reads "Made with MRE2U Free · mre2u.com". That depends on the agent's plan; the rest of the flyer is the same.
Language
The flyer itself is in English, even when you open it from a Malay listing page. The layout buttons and any error message follow the page you came from.
If it won't open
"This listing is no longer available" means the listing has been sold, rented or taken down, or the link is wrong. Browse current listings takes you to the Properties page.
"This flyer could not be loaded" is usually a connection problem. Press Try again.
