MRE2U doesn't take cards and never charges you automatically. You pay by bank transfer, upload the slip, and your plan changes once the payment is confirmed.
Before you can pay
You need an approved agent account. Until then My Plan isn't open to you. See Sign up and approval.
The steps
- In the CRM, open My Plan.
- Choose Monthly or Annual · 2 months free, then press Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Check the amount and press Confirm and pay. You're taken to the Payment page.
- Transfer the amount to the bank account shown. Each detail has a Copy button. Put the Reference in your transfer description. Where the page shows a DuitNow ID, you can pay that way instead.
- Press Choose slip and pick your transfer slip: a JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 10 MB.
- Press Submit.
The slip is checked straight away against the account number and the amount, so you'll know if something looks off before you submit. If it flags a mismatch and you're sure the slip is right, press Submit anyway. MRE2U then confirms the payment by hand.
What happens next
- You're emailed when your slip arrives, and again when the payment is confirmed.
- Your new plan starts the day it's confirmed.
- If the slip can't be accepted, you're asked for a new one and told why. Upload another from the same Payment page. Or the request is turned down, with the reason, and you can send a new one from My Plan.
A request with no slip after 7 days lapses. You can start a new one whenever you like.
Renewing
Nothing renews by itself. You get reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends, and you renew the same way: a transfer and a slip. A renewal paid early starts the day after your current period ends, so you lose no days.
If you don't renew, you go back to Free. Your listings stay up and nothing is deleted; you just can't add more than Free allows.
The full detail, including upgrading mid-period and moving to a smaller plan, is in Paying, renewing and expiry.
