MRE2U is two things in one place: a public property site at www.mre2u.com, and a CRM for the agents who post on it.
For buyers and tenants
The public site lists industrial, commercial and residential property and land, for sale and for rent, across Malaysia. Browsing is free and needs no account:
- Properties shows Full listings with photos.
- Classifieds shows every live listing, newest first.
- Areas groups listings by type and town, such as factories for rent in Puchong.
Each listing has its own page in English and Bahasa Malaysia, an enquiry form that goes straight to the agent, and a printable flyer. A free buyer account adds saved listings and email alerts for new matches. Start with Find a property.
For agents
Every listing on the site is posted by an agent through the MRE2U CRM. In it you can:
- Post Full listings with photos, documents, a map and nearby landmarks, or quick Classified ads.
- Paste a WhatsApp message and let AI fill in a Classified for you.
- Share Internal listings with other MRE2U agents only, kept off the public site.
- Print a one-page flyer for any listing.
- Keep your contacts, deals, buyers' enquiries and tasks together.
- Get a public agent page that lists your live Full listings.
You sign in with a Google account. New agent accounts are checked and approved by MRE2U before they can post. See Sign up and approval.
What it costs
Buyers pay nothing. Agents start on the Free plan, which has no time limit, and can move up to Gold or Platinum for more listings, photos and features. See Plans and pricing.
