Frequently asked questions

Any Full or Internal listing counts as a Full ad; Classifieds are counted separately, by the month. A Full ad only uses your daily allowance when it goes Active, and only Active ones count toward your live total. See Classified, Full and Internal listings.

The first time a Full or Internal listing goes Active. Drafts are free, taking a listing down and putting it back doesn't use another, and deleting one you published today gives the slot back. See Your plan and its limits.

Daily limits reset at midnight and monthly limits at midnight on the 1st, both Malaysia time. Your usage so far is on My Plan. See Your plan and its limits.

You move to Free the day after your expiry date, and you're emailed. Nothing is deleted and nothing is taken down, but you can't add more past the Free limits, and Premium listings leave the strip. See Paying, renewing and expiry.

Yes: renew on the smaller plan and it starts when your current period ends; there's no refund for the time left. If you're over a limit afterwards, your existing ads stay live but you can't add more until you're back under it. See Your plan and its limits.

Each press of Fill with AI uses one AI read whether you save or not, and a read that fails on our side is usually given back. A Classified only counts as AI-filled once you create it. See Quick-add a Classified with AI.

No: the flyer is drawn from the listing itself, and switching layouts is free. On Free, each listing whose flyer you open uses one of the month's clean flyers; after that, new ones carry a small footer strip. See Print a flyer.

No: owner, commission fields, Internal Notes, Listing Source, documents and the text you pasted into AI Quick Fill stay in the CRM. Location Notes is public, so keep it to what you'd tell any buyer. See What buyers see, and what stays private.

Change its status to Sold, Rented, Inactive or Unpublished. Only Active listings are public, so the page, its cards and its photos disappear for buyers. See Listing statuses: what is public.

New agent accounts wait for approval, and until then My Account is the only CRM page that works (View Properties, View Classifieds and Log out still do). Fill in your profile while you wait, then reload or sign in again once you're approved. See Getting started as an agent.

No: browsing, enquiring and printing flyers all work without one. A free buyer account only adds saved listings and alerts. See Find a property.

WTS is for sale and WTL is for rent. WTB and WTR are wanted ads, from someone looking to buy or rent; WTJV is offered for a joint venture. See Reading a listing.

Only the agent who posted the listing. It goes to their MRE2U inbox and they're emailed your details; other agents and buyers never see it. See Enquire on a listing.

Agent accounts are approved by MRE2U before they can post, and only live listings are shown. MRE2U doesn't inspect properties, check titles or confirm prices, so view the place and do your own checks. See Who posts listings, and how they are checked.

The agent has marked it sold, rented or withdrawn, or taken it down for now. Only live listings are public, and a flyer's QR code leads to the same message. See Who posts listings, and how they are checked.

The agent didn't give a price. Wanted ads (WTB and WTR) show "Market Rate". Other listings show "Price on request" on cards, or a dash on the listing page; ask the agent through the enquiry form. See Reading a listing.

Press the heart on a card on the home page, the Properties or Classifieds page or an agent's page, or at the top of a listing page. You'll need a free buyer account, and your saves are on My Saved Listings. See Save listings.

On the Log in page, press Forgot password? and type your email. The link we send works once, for one hour. If your account signs in with Google, use Continue with Google instead. See Sign up and approval.

Alerts are checked once a day in the morning, Malaysia time, and you only get an email when something new matches. Daily lists can send every morning, weekly ones every 7 days at most, monthly ones every 30. See Get alerts for new listings.

Yes: add /bm to the front of the address, for example /bm/properties or /bm/l/1234. Labels are translated; the agent's own text stays as they wrote it. See Pages in Bahasa Malaysia.

Yes. Press Download Flyer (PDF) on the listing page, choose a layout, then Print / Save as PDF. See Download a listing flyer.

There's a Free plan with no end date. Gold is RM 5 a month and Platinum is RM 10 a month, with annual options. See Plans and pricing.

No. Paid plans are paid by bank transfer, and you upload the slip on the Payment page. See How payment works.

No: you get reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before it ends, and you renew with another transfer. If you don't, you go back to Free and your listings stay up. See How payment works.

Open Login, choose Agent and sign in with Google. Your account is then checked and approved by MRE2U before you can post. See Sign up and approval.

New agent accounts are pending until MRE2U approves them by hand. You aren't emailed when it happens, so reload My Account to check. See Sign up and approval.

Yes, if it signs in with Google: on My Account, press Ask to become an agent. It becomes a pending agent account and waits for approval, and your saved listings and alerts are hidden while it's an agent account. A buyer account with a password can't switch by itself; email help@mre2u.com. See Sign up and approval.
